RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Lakhina Couture, it’s our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return and exchange the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Lakhina Couture website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.

At Lakhina Couture, we have 7 days return and exchange policy, it gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from www.lakhinacouture.com within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Guidelines for a valid return and exchange:

• All product tags intact and in their original packaging
• Product must be unused
• Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition
• We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
• Fabric Quality is our Guarantee! Any issues like cut, marks, burn, holes etc. is our Guarantee! Courier opening video is a must for the same.
  Resolution: Money Returned immediately
• Dress Fittings is Our Guarantee! We keep 5” margins in all dresses.
  Resolution: Product will be re-altered as per your size and resent! 
• No Exchange Policy
• No Other Return Policy
• All products are made on order! Would be curated with perfection specially for you. So don’t worry and trust LC
• Incase of Refund, processing time is 3-5 business days

Returns and exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

Note: One-time reverse pick-up would be done against an order.

• To return a product to Lakhina Couture, please drop us an email on lakhinacouture824@gmail.com and we will process your request. Kindly share Order ID, product name and product SKU on the email to avoid confusion.
• Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.

Failure of product pick-up

We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care no.: 8600877740.

Note: We would not be providing return and exchange for Customised Size/Design orders.
